When I travel in developing countries and see the people suffering from extreme poverty, I think of myself, being materially blessed but mentally poor.
They say there is plenty of food on the earth sufficient for all the human beings to live off.  However, I wonder why we are in such an imbalanced world of extreme materialism and poor mentality.  Everyone simply wants to lead his happy life.
Imagine all the problems on the earth are solved and all the situations around us are much better.
Imagine the times coming when we are taught in a history class that there had been an imbalanced world of extreme materialism and starvation, poverty, war, terrorism, and deterioration of environment.
However, I think we will face new problems in a space-time dimension.
What it counts is not how we grow and improve individually.
What it counts most is how to live in the relationships and the system of the universe.
It looks as if we were born to solve all the problems on earth.
